Why have you contacted me?
We are a specialist debt collection agency and your account has been referred to us due to non payment. It is important that you contact us immediately to discuss your current circumstances. We are here to help.I can't afford to pay the full amount, what should I do?
If you are unable to settle the account in full please contact one of our trained advisors to discuss possible repayment options.I don't owe this, what should I do?
If you dispute the debt we need details in writing. Upon receipt of your dispute we will hold your account until the issue has been resolved. Please send full details to the address on the contact us page or via the secure messaging facility. Please provide as much detail as possible in order that we may assist you.The person you are writing to does not live here
In order that we can update our records and that of our Clients, please mark the envelope 'gone away' and return to us in the post. There is no charge for this. Alternatively contact us by telephone or via the secure messaging facility on the contact us tab and we will update our records immediately.I can't meet my agreed repayment, what should I do?
Please contact us as soon as you realise you are unable to pay in order that we may review your account. Failure to do so may result in continued collection activity including further letters and telephone calls.How is my credit file affected?
